Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office (we advise you check with your country customs if that's the case). 

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and cannot be covered by us. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

If I order more than one item will they arrive at the same time?
Most of our products are made to order and in which case some take longer than others. Please do not expect your items to arrive at the same time.
Tracking Number?
Once your payment is finalised and approved, your order will be processed, you will receive automatically all information about your order and your tracking number once your package is shipped.
